We provide professional pressure washing services as described on our website. Details, availability, and pricing may change without notice, though we aim to honor all confirmed bookings and quotes.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings should be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • A price quote will be provided before the service is delivered.

  • Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

  • We reserve the right to require a deposit for large jobs.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Refunds are issued for services that are cancelled with sufficient notice or for services we are unable to complete, except in cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather).

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

4. Customer Obligations

  • You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property to allow us to perform the service.

  • Please remove fragile or valuable items from areas to be cleaned.

  • You acknowledge that some stains or marks may not be removable and that we accept no liability for pre-existing damage.

5. Liability

  • We strive to deliver all services with care and professionalism.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • We are fully insured for public liability.
