Clear Choice Pressure Washing Portugal (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is fully committed to providing safe, responsible, and environmentally conscious cleaning services. Our policy ensures the health and safety of our customers, staff, and the wider community while minimizing environmental impact.

1. Health & Safety Commitment

We strictly adhere to all applicable Portuguese health and safety regulations.
Our team is trained to follow best practices in operating pressure washing equipment, handling detergents, and assessing job sites for hazards.
Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is always worn during services.
We assess each location for risks (slipping, electrocution, fragile surfaces) and communicate any concerns or required precautions to our customers.
We will not undertake services in hazardous conditions (e.g., during lightning storms or unsafe access).

2. Environmental Responsibility

We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions where possible.
All waste water and runoff are managed according to local regulations to prevent pollution or entry into public drains/streams.
Packaging, detergents, and materials are disposed of responsibly, following Portuguese environmental guidelines.
We minimize water and energy use wherever feasible to reduce our environmental footprint.

3. Customer Guidance

Customers are advised to secure outdoor pets, move fragile or sensitive belongings, and alert us to any areas of special concern before we begin work.
We encourage customers to notify us of any environmental sensitivities or community guidelines relevant to their property.

4. Continuous Improvement

We regularly review our equipment, methods, products, and training to ensure ongoing improvements in safety and sustainability.
Feedback from customers is welcomed and used to enhance our policies.

5. Legal Compliance
