Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Clear Choice Pressure Washing Portugal, we value your business and strive to provide flexible and fair terms for service cancellations and refunds. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Cancellations by Customers

You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price, unless due to unforeseen emergency circumstances (at our discretion).
“No-shows” (when no one is present to allow access at the agreed time) may be charged a call-out fee.

2. Rescheduling

We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate your request, with no extra charge if rescheduled at least 24 hours beforehand.

3. Cancellations by Clear Choice Pressure Washing Portugal

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered a reschedule or full refund.
If we are unable to complete the service due to reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund for any payments already made.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days of agreement or notification.
Refunds are not available after services have been rendered, except where there are proven deficiencies or issues with the service quality—please contact us immediately so we can resolve any concerns.

6. Exceptions
