2. What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days of receiving it.

A manager or team member will review the details and may contact you for further information.

We aim to resolve complaints within 7 business days where possible and will keep you updated if more time is needed.
3. Resolution

If your complaint is upheld, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include further service, a partial or full refund, or another agreed solution.

If we are unable to reach a satisfactory outcome, we will clearly explain the reasons.
4. Livro de Reclamações (Complaints Book) – Portuguese Requirement

As required by Portuguese law, customers may submit complaints through the official “Livro de Reclamações” online portal:

We are registered with the Livro de Reclamações system and will respond to formal complaints made there within the legal timeframes.
